Can I record video when connected to my Phone, GPS and using the Intercom? – Yes, it will even record the conversation The Sena 10C Evo is perhaps the most complete of all the motorcycle cameras I’ve tested recently. Or should I describe the Sena 10C Evo as an excellent Bluetooth intercom that also has a camera?

Framing the video on the Sena Prism is straight forward as you can rotate the tube in its mount. As the 10C Evo doesn’t rotate, there is a small tab just under the lens that you use to level the horizon, allowing you to fit the 10C Evo wherever suits you best on your helmet.

Yes, it can be done, but the connectors don’t appear to be made with regular connection/disconnection in mind. The Sena Prism and 50S are both designed to detach from my helmet for charging, for the 10C Evo this doesn’t appear to have been a consideration. Our Helmets are sent out in Brand New boxes, items clearly damaged in transit should not be accepted as once signed for, are accepted as delivered complete and undamaged . Helmet City cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for. The camera quality is much better than expected, bearing in mind it's not an action camera like a go pro, it's still really good. I also love how my music seamlessly blends in with my videos. That said, the important part – the memory card – is easy to access. Transferring your ride videos doesn’t mean having your helmet on the desk next to you. Dear Sena

Turning on video recording or taking photos takes a few seconds each. If you have a closure rate of 140 mph and want to take a photo or video of a passing group of riders, you better press the camera button as soon as they come into view to get the process started. The camera is off by default, unless you turn it on or it is loop recording mode. The Sena 10c Pro is equipped with an upgraded 2k camera, able to shoot in crisp QHD, with a resolution of 3.7 MP (16:9) and a wide 135 degree field of view. The 10C Pro also features Smart Audio Mix, which mixes audio from the intercom and music from your smartphone straight into your videos. A poorly fitting helmet may not only be uncomfortable, more noisy and may move around when riding if too big or give headaches etc if it is too small, it is also dangerous. A helmet simply will not protect or perform as designed if the head inside it is not snuggly fitted against the impact absorbing material inside the shell. And then there is the combination of the two, the Sena 10C Evo. Sizing - Please Note : These Helmets come up on the small side, so if you are in between sizes we would suggest trying a size up. Helmet city are not responsible if the helmet does not fit. MOMO Another thing to bear in mind, is that a helmet in say size Medium from one Manufacturer may fit completely differently to a Medium from another Manufacturer. Therefore we would always recommend travelling to a dealer to try a number of different brands to get the perfect fit for your head shape. Although I can successfully connect the 10C Evo to a competitive brand Bluetooth intercom, it requires a much more non-conventional connection process. Plus, the connection has limited range and no ability to include multiple riders. Unfortunately, this is an issue with competitive brands connecting to each other. It all started with the Sena 50S Mesh enabled intercom which has revolutionised some of our longer trips. No more crazy hand signals or following the leader blindly on another GPS suggested diversion to nowhere we actually wanted to go. When (… if …) you read this, please keep all of the Sena 10C Evo functionality, and make it a detachable unit that can share the same mounting system as the 50S.I did a few direct comparison photos of the same scene using my 12MP iPhone 12 mini camera and the 10C Evo set to 12MP. The Sena 10C Evo photos don’t allow cropping as nicely as the iPhone photos. However, the 10C Evo photos have great color and look really good for a camera integrated into a water-resistant Bluetooth intercom constructed to withstand the rigors of 100 percent outdoor use. Keep in mind that the rubber covers over the Micro-2USB charging port and the microSD must be in place and secure for the unit to be water-resistant. Sena will replace the covers during the two-year warranty period if you lose them. Capture video in 4K at 30 frames per second or take photos in still shot, burst, or time-lapse mode.
